What is Unohana's Bankai?

Unohana's Bankai is called Minazuki (like her Shikai), but its Bankai form is mysterious and terrifying. When she activates it during her battle against Zaraki Kenpachi in the Thousand-Year Blood War arc, her sword becomes liquid and releases a blood-red substance that seems to dissolve everything around it.
